Check-in and Checkout: Guests are welcome to check in to their accommodation between 4pm and 6:00pm on the day of arrival. Later or earlier arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement only. Guests are required to check out no later than 11am on the day of departure. Later checkout may be accommodated by prior arrangement only. Unauthorised late checkout may result in the charging of an additional fee.

Pets: Although we appreciate our animal friends - we're sorry but pets are not allowed at The Old Rectory.

Smoking: For the comfort of our guests, The Old Rectory is strictly no smoking.

Valuables: The Old Rectory Inveraray does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is therefore the sole responsiblity of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewellery, cash and vehicles.

General Indemnity: While every care has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, we do not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest.

Loss or Damage: Should The Old Rectory suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or ommission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

Right of Admission Reserved: The Old Rectory at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights. Should The Old Rectory at any time need to exercise this right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard.

Cancellations: Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable. Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited - the application of it to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion. Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is available the deposit is carried forward. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
